PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a modified polyolefin resin aqueous dispersion composition excellently adhered to a polyolefinic base material and capable of developing adhesiveness to a plastic base material such as polystyrene, which has been difficult so far. SOLUTION: The modified polyolefin resin aqueous dispersion composition has particles containing a copolymer of (a) a modified polyolefin resin, (b) a monomer which is a conjugated diene-based monomer and is copolymerizable with a monomer having an unsaturated double bond, and (c) a monomer which is a monomer having an unsaturated double bond and is copolymerizable with a conjugated diene-based monomer. There is also provided a process for producing the modified polyolefin resin aqueous dispersion composition including copolymerization of the modified polyolefin resin (a) and the monomers (b) and (c).
