According to an embodiment of the present invention, a part having corrosion resistance, thermal resistance, and burning resistance for a nuclear power plant comprises: a part base material which is made from one among iron-carbon alloy steel, low alloy steel, and high alloy steel and is a raw material for a part for the nuclear power plant; a corrosion resistant thin film which is formed on an outer side of the part base material by a plating method and thus has corrosion resistance; a heat resistant thin film which is formed on an outer side of the corrosion resistant thin film by an ion plating method or a sputtering method and thus has a thermal resistance; and a burning resistant thin film which is formed on an outer side of the heat resistant thin film by the sputtering method or a vacuum deposition method and thus has burning resistance. |
