The present invention relates to a pollution level measuring kit comprising a dispersed solution (49 v/v% of ethyl alcohol, 0.1 v/v% of Tween 20, and 50.9 v/v% of aqueous solution) and a plate on which 1-hydroxy pyrene and 1-hydroxy naphthalene are dispensed according to concentration; and to a method for diagnosing oil pollution of a target sample, which comprises the steps of diluting the target sample with the dispersed solution to prepare a diluted solution, and performing fluorometric analysis of the diluted solution in 345-530 nm. Accordingly, the pollution level measuring kit can measure a large quantity of samples simultaneously in a short period of time and thus has both an economical aspect and a practical aspect. In addition, an operation process of the pollution level measuring kit is very simple so the pollution level measuring kit is suitable for practical application on a site.
