Disclosed is a vehicle air conditioning apparatus with a door structure improved to maintain an assembly structure for a smooth operation due to a gap between a lever and an arm, and to fundamentally prevent operation errors and noise caused when a door is unintentionally moved by wind. The vehicle air conditioning apparatus comprises an air conditioning case having an air inlet at the inlet thereof, having an air outlet at the outlet thereof, and having an air path therein; a cooling and heating unit installed on the air path of the air conditioning case; the door controlling the opening degree of the air path of the air outlet inside the air conditioning case; the arm connected to the rotary shaft of the door; a lever having a slot guiding the arm pin of the arm; and a pressurizing unit continuously pressurizing the arm in one rotational direction of the arm, wherein the slot has a width larger than the width of the arm pin, so the gap can be formed between the slot and the arm pin. Therefore, the gap between the slot and the arm pin oppositely offsets a force generated from the wind and attempting to move the door in order to reduce the noise. In addition, the operational position of the door can be accurately determined. Furthermore, accuracy in the operational angle position of the door can be improved when a user sets a predetermined temperature. |
