摘要 A sensor apparatus comprises: a sensor body with an optical fiber where multiple grids are formed in the longitudinal direction; an optical source which generates first incidence light and second incidence light with a different wavelength from each other, and induces the incidence to the optical fiber; and an optical analyzer which analyzes a wavelength signal of the light. The first incidence light forms refractive detection reflected light by being interfered or reflected by the multiple grids. The second incidence light forms second reflected light by being reflected from an outside obstacle after being outputted from a light outlet of the optical fiber. The second reflected light forms distance detection reflected light by being interfered by reference reflected light which is formed by the reflection of the second incidence light from a reference surface. The optical analyzer detects reflective states of the sensor body by detecting changes in the wavelength band of the refractive detection reflected light, and detects a distance between the sensor body and the obstacle by detecting the wavelength band of the distance detection reflected light.
