A martial arts training device featuring a bag 16, which is connected to a series of tubing 1, 2 and 3, which are joined internally by way of magnets/electromagnets 6, 7, 8 and 9, steel rope 10, 11 and rubber washers 4 and 5. The device will preferably attach to a wall or ceiling mounted bracket 23. The use of magnets may be supplemented for electro-magnets which allow the user a greater range of resistance and can be powered either by battery or through mains electricity via an electric control panel 22. The training bag may also have the means of changing the bag to suit the exercise, and may be achieved through the use of a bolt, clip or bracket. |
