<p>A dispensing head 1, for a dispenser (9, Figure 2) of a viscous material such as adhesive, comprises an inlet 14 and a plurality of outlets 3 on a nozzle 2, preferably a transverse tube, through which viscous material is forced onto a target surface. Nozzle 2 is retained on a frame 4 having at least one guide 5, preferably at opposing ends of nozzle 2, extending proud of nozzle 2 to contact the target surface and aligns nozzle 2 with the surface whilst keeping nozzle 2 spaced from the surface. Guide 5 has an edge having two distinct contact surface profiles 6, 7, of which one is preferably flat and the other may be flat or curved. Nozzle 2 is preferably comprised of cardboard and may be disposable and biodegradable. A removable funnel may be provided between inlet 14 and the dispenser.</p> |
