<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a separation method and a separation device capable of efficiently separating a body and a protective plate from each other without causing any breakage. <P>SOLUTION: The separation device separating a glass plate 1, which is stuck to the body 15 by an adhesive sheet 2 for protecting the upper face of the body 15, from the body 15 includes: a first holding part 7 holding the body 15; a second holding part 9 holding the glass plate 1; a rotary motor 12 turning the first holding part 7 so that it turns the body 15 and the glass plate 1 relatively to apply torque; and a control part 10 controlling the torque applied by the rotary motor 12 so that the torque is reduced in the latter half in comparison with that in the former half of a process of separating the adhesive sheet 2. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT</p> |
