A support payment service server of the present invention comprises a member management unit to admit and manage a purchaser member and a seller member; an order management unit to manage an order for goods of the purchaser member in a site of the seller member; a mobile payment unit to perform a mobile payment for the ordered goods using a registered mobile terminal of the purchaser member; a support payment unit to perform a support payment that the mobile payment for one purchaser member′s purchase of one seller member′s goods is performed by another purchaser member; a storage unit to store data about the purchaser member and data about the seller member; a security management unit to generate/check/manage a security key necessary for the support payment; a data management unit to perform management such as update/addition/deletion of the data stored in the storage unit according to the member admission/withdrawal of the member management unit and the support payment performed by the support payment unit; and an information providing unit to provide the data stored in the storage unit and information obtained by processing the stored data to the member needed.
