A tightening tool 800 has a head portion 840 for engaging a tightenable element, a torque input portion 830 and first and second arms 810, 820 extending between the head portion 840 and the torque input portion 830. The first arm 810 is rigid below a predetermined torque value and flexes above the predetermined torque value. The first arm 810 is adapted to reversibly buckle at a predetermined position along its length when the torque input exceeds the predetermined value. |
