Pump assembly with integrated vibration measurement

The pump assembly has a housing in which an electric motor (4) is arranged. The electric motor drives a drive shaft which is supported by a bearing (28) in the housing, about a rotational axis. An acceleration sensor (36) is fixedly connected to the housing. An electronic unit (40) is connected to the acceleration sensor for data transmission. The acceleration sensor and electronic unit are arranged within the housing which is sealed towards outside. The curable synthetic resin is provided between the housing and acceleration sensor. An independent claim is included for method for evaluation of vibration data of pump assembly.
