The present invention relates to a natural energy producing device using various kinds of passages inside buildings, on the ground and underground. The natural energy producing device is capable of ventilating an indoor space and cooling and heating the indoor space by producing cold and hot air using the passages inside a building, the ground, and the underground at the same time. The building is built on the ground. Verandas and utility rooms are respectively installed toward the south and north on each floor of the building, to serve as passages connecting the upper and lower floors. Indoor spaces are installed in each passage of the verandas and utility rooms. Multi-layer type walls in which an inner space-passage is vertically formed is installed on each floor. On the top floor, a multi-layer type chimney is installed on the top. The Indoor air of each floor can be discharged through the inner passages of the multi-layer type chimney and upper outlets to the outside by a convection current deviation principle. Furthermore, related facilities including a house heat passage producing hot air by using the radiant heat of the sun, a geothermal passage(30) producing geothermal heat, and a multi-layer type fence(80) producing hot air and geothermal heat using the radiant heat of the sun at the same time are separately installed on the ground. The natural energy producing device cools and heats the building by directly circulating hot and cold air produced by the related facilities, which are connected to the indoor passages of each floor, while also circulating outer air, as the facilities are connected to outer air receiving chambers or an outer air inlets through which each facility receives the outer air. Also, the cold and hot air produced by the facilities can be stored in a heat-storage and cold-storage chamber. The stored hot and cold air can then be circulated to the indoor passages from the heat-storage and cold-storage chamber in the winter and summer respectively. Therefore, the natural energy producing device is capable of naturally ventilating, cooling and heating the building at the same time. |
