The present invention relates to a method of testing the change of spring elasticity using a power transmission and distribution switch and a device thereof. More particularly, the present invention relates to a method of testing the change of spring elasticity using a power transmission switch which measures a natural vibration frequency and checks whether a spring using a power transmission and distribution switch used for a substation for power transmission and distribution is in a normal operation range, and a device thereof. A method of testing the change of spring elasticity using a power transmission and distribution switch and a device thereof according to the present invention prevents the generation of a blackout in advance by simply measuring a vibration frequency according to the elastic change of a spring, relatively simply measures the elastic change of the spring, sets the accurate replacement time of the spring by a periodic checkup to reduce waste, accurately measures the period of the elastic change of the spring to accurately set a replacement period, and prevents a danger such as a block out in advance.
