METHOD OF PREPARING CATALYSTS, LEACHING AGENT FOR THE SAME AND CATALYSTS THEREOF

The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a catalyst, a leaching solution for manufacturing a catalyst and a catalyst manufactured thereby. The method for manufacturing a catalyst according to the present invention comprises: a leaching solution preparing step of preparing a leaching solution including hydroquinone and a solvent; a catalyst dispersing step of manufacturing a catalyst dispersing solution by dispersing, in the leaching solution, an alloy catalyst including a first metal including one selected from a group consisting of platinum, palladium and a combination thereof, and a second metal including one selected from a group consisting of nickel, cobalt, iron, manganese, chromium, vanadium, titanium, scandium, silver, rhodium, ruthenium, molybdenum, niobium, zirconium, yttrium, tungsten, tantalum, hafnium and combinations thereof; and a leaching step of leaching the second metal from the alloy catalyst in the catalyst dispersing solution. According to the catalyst manufactured by the manufacturing method of the present invention, the electrochemical characteristics of the alloy catalyst can be improved by selectively and efficiently removing the second metal existing on the surface of the alloy catalyst.
