PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a top end pointer for indicating a top end level to a worker while achieving more safety and lower cost. SOLUTION: The top end pointer includes a rod-shaped body 1 for marking the top end level, and a connection screw shaft 2 which is provided at one end thereof, and at the front end of which a screw part 10 is provided to be threaded to a screw hole of a mounting tool for a reinforcement, the rod-shaped body 1 and the connection screw shaft 2 being integrally molded with a synthetic resin via a small-diameter flexible connection shaft part 11. An elastic cylindrical member 4 is externally fitted between the end of the rod-shaped body 1 and the connection screw shaft 2 for covering the connection shaft part 11.
