The present invention relates to an insulin analog in which insulin titer is reduced compared with a natural form and the binding force to an insulin receptor is reduced in order to increase the half-life of insulin in the blood; a conjugate in which the insulin analog and a carrier are connected; an extended release preparation containing the conjugate; and a method for preparing the conjugate.
