According to the present invention, a device for removing oil inside a hollow material in a pilger-rolling process removes oil remaining inside the material processed by a pilger mill, wherein the pilger mill includes a mandrel for supporting a hollow material and at least two facing roll dies rolling the material. The device for removing oil inside a hollow material in a pilger-rolling process comprises a shaft rod which is screwed up with one end part of the mandrel; and a packing which is arranged on an outer circumferential surface of the shaft rod and adheres to an internal surface of the material. Therefore, the device for removing oil inside a hollow material in a pilger-rolling process can discharge a pilger-rolled material and remove oil remaining in the material at the same time by improving the conventional work of manually removing oil remaining in the material.
