A winding apparatus having an assembly-type mandrel for a secondary battery is disclosed in the present invention, and the winding apparatus can shorten the manufacturing period of the mandrel and reduce processing costs by using a common mandrel which is capable of being assembled according to the change of the circumference of a roll-type electrode assembly. For example, in regards to the winding apparatus for the secondary battery, which has the mandrel for winding a first electrode sheet, a second electrode sheet, and a separator interposed between the two electrode sheets, disclosed is the winding apparatus for the secondary battery characterized by the mandrel which comprises a pair of base mandrels having an insertion groove in the middle of the mandrel, wherein the first electrode sheet, the second electrode sheet, and the separator are inserted into the insertion groove; at least one spacer placed on the outer side of each base mandrel; and a wing portion placed on the outmost side of the spacer. |
