PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrostatic sprayer in which the miniaturization is attained and which allows to satisfactorily keep the spray distance of a liquid. SOLUTION: The electrostatic sprayer includes: a container in which the liquid is filled; a nozzle 20 attached to the container and opened to the outside of the container at front end and opened to the inside of the container at the posterior end; and a ground electrode 44 grounded in a ground point G, wherein the liquid is splayed by an electric field formed between the nozzle 20 and the ground electrode 44 by applying voltage to the liquid in the container. The ground electrode 44 in the vicinity of the nozzle 20 is made of a resistant material having a prescribed resistance, and the potential difference between the nozzle 20 and the ground electrode 44 is reduced.
