Hydrogen heating

The heater (1) has a hydrogen tank (2) for storage of hydrogen, and a burner (3) attached to the tank for producing hot burner exhaust gas (16) by burning the hydrogen and oxygen containing oxidizer gas (15). An oxidizer supplying unit (4) supplies the oxidizer gas to the burner, and a heat exchanger (5) is provided for transferring heat of the exhaust gas into a heating medium. The tank is attached in an anode gas inlet of a fuel cell (29) such that the hydrogen gas forms an anode gas of the cell.
