Disclosed is a bicycle transmission device comprising a hollow connection shaft which is coupled to a hub shaft unit having a bicycle wheel coupled thereto; a sprocket supporting unit which is coupled to the outside of the connection shaft to be able to rotate and has multiple sprockets supported on the outside thereof; a latch member which is installed on the connection shaft to be able to rotate in order to appear from and disappear into each of the outer and inner circumferential surfaces of the connection shaft, and has one end exposed to the outer circumferential surface of the connection shaft and interfered by an interference unit formed on the inner circumferential surface of the sprocket supporting unit, thereby restraining the sprocket supporting unit from rotating in one direction around the connection shaft and enabling the sprocket supporting unit to freely rotate in the other direction around the connection shaft; a latch interference unit which is installed inside the connection shaft to be able to move between an interference position and a release position, wherein the interference position separates one end of the latch member from the interference unit by interfering with the other end of the latch member protruding toward the inner circumferential surface of the connection shaft, and the release position maintains the attitude of one end of the latch member connected to the interference unit; a first elastic member which maintains the attitude of the latch member coming in close contact with the interference unit by providing elastic force to the latch member; and a position control unit which controls the latch interference member which shuttles between the interference position and the release position by selectively providing braking force and restoring force to the latch interference member. |
