A method for fabricating solar cell is provided to increase the amount of current and reduces the reflectance of the solar battery. The impurity of the first conductivity type is doped in the solar cell board(201). The front side of the solar cell board is plasma processed to reduce the reflectance of sunlight. The impurity of the second conductive type is injected in the solar cell board front side to form the emitter layer(202). The impurity injecting layer of the second conductive type is removed in the substrate back side in the emitter layer formation. At the same time, the substrate back side is planarized. The reflection barrier layer is formed in the solar cell board front side. The front electrode is contacted with the emitter layer through the reflection barrier layer. The back contact electrode is contacted with the solar cell board backplane. |
