The present invention relates to a composite girder formed of a channel flange capable of reinforcing load bearing capacity of an upper flange and a lower flange by forming the upper and lower flanges by casting concrete in a U-shaped curved member arranged on an upper part and a lower part of the composite girder, wherein the U-shaped member includes a thick plate and curved parts formed by bending both ends of the thick plate; having an excellent coupling force between the concrete and the curved parts by having the upper and lower flanges surrounding the concrete with the curved parts formed on both ends of the thick plate; and increasing load bearing capacity of the composite girder against vertical load applied from a bottom plate of a bridge to the upper flange. Also, the method for manufacturing a composite girder formed of a channel curved member is to reinforce load bearing capacity of the upper and lower flanges. The method for manufacturing the composite girder formed of a channel curved member is not required to install a mold in a process of casting concrete, thereby reducing a material and improving production efficiency. |
