The present invention relates to a rainwater reservoir which is used to store temporally flooded rainwater and discharge the rainwater gradually and a construction method thereof. More specifically, the rainwater reservoir includes: a connection block which has the floor and four walls built under the ground and is coupled to the upper part of each pillar standing on the floor at an equidistant gap; a girder with wings formed on both upper sides; and a PC panel installed between adjacent wings of the girder. The present invention allows a worker to easily and reliably install the girder and PC panel on the pillar. |
