PURPOSE: A communication resource system and a method thereof between femto cells for expending communication resource are provided to improve the quality of a mobile communication service about a service providing area by expending communication resource. CONSTITUTION: A sub femto cell(100, 300) supplies a mobile communication service by performing communication with a user terminal. A master femto cell(200) monitors a service executing level about the sub femto cell. The master femto cell sets up share about communication resource with the sub femto cell by setting the femto cell which exceeds the service execution level. |
