In the present invention, there is disclosed a fermentation tank with a discharge opening in its lower portion and being provided with rotating agitation element formed by a horizontal shaft (1) having boreholes (2) at its both ends performed in the axis of the shaft (1) wherein each borehole (2) opens at its end by a radial edge opening (3). A row of radial through-holes is performed at regular spaces between the edge openings (3) in the shaft (1), wherein said through-holes are successively angularly displaced relative to each other. Radial tubular arms (4, 5) forming two opposite spiral rows are fastened by their one end on the shaft (1) orifices of all the openings. Blanked second ends of the tubular arms (4, 5) are interconnected by through-flow connecting pipes (6) such that the connection goes always from the odd toward the even tubular arm (4, 5) in the row. At the same time the boreholes (2), the openings and net sections of the tubular arms (4, 5) and the interconnecting pipes (6) form a channel for passage of a cooling medium and both the ends of the shaft (1) are provided with means for connecting a supply, optionally discharge of the cooling medium. |
