The present invention relates to a device for adjusting and holding a loop string of a roman shape-type blind having a loop of which one end is fixed to a winding bar together with a roll-up fabric to form the loop at the loop forming fabric, and the other end is fixed to a weight. The device includes a housing (10) formed with an insertion hole (11) in a horizontal direction at its center, in which a winding bar (37) and a weight (42) are fixed to the insertion hole; and an adjusting bar (20) inserted in the insertion hole (110) formed in the housing (10). The adjusting bar (20) is pushed in the insertion hole (11) of the housing (10), while supporting a loop string (31), to fix the loop string (31), or the adjusting bar (20) is rotated to adjust the length of the loop string (31). |
