A voltage level conversion circuit comprises a voltage switch circuit and a level shift circuit. The voltage switch circuit provides an intermediate voltage and a conversion voltage in order corresponding to a switch signal. The level shift circuit uses the intermediate voltage to latch the voltage level corresponding to an input signal then uses the conversion voltage to convert the latched voltage level to generate an output signal.
