The present invention relating to an ice water purifier or a cold and hot water dispenser with ice comprises a case having an open unit connected to the outside and a decor opening and closing the open unit; an ice making unit which cools water or makes ice; an ice storage in which the ice made in the ice making unit are stored, and which is designed to be able to be inserted into or taken out from the case through the open unit; a guide grille installed tilted between the ice making unit and the ice storage unit to guide the ice made from the ice making unit to the ice storage; a water tank in which the cooled water is stored by the ice making unit. The present invention allows a user to insert into or take out the ice storage from the inside of the case through the open unit without separating the entire case.
