The present invention is to provide an M2M exchange platform which executes an exchange function which effectively interworks with M2M network service capability of business operators such as service application and the like according to a service grade. An interworking environment between multiple business operators without an agreement for interoperability support according to each business operator is provided. Interworking monitoring between the business operators and accounting transparency are secured. Quality guarantee of a roaming service and the diversification of roaming service products can be realized. |
