The present invention relates to a suspension type road sign which is coupled to a suspension ring of a horizontal member. The suspension type road sign includes: a first plate and a second plate marking a road; a frame which is coupled between the first plate and the second plate and has a rail unit used as a rail on the upper side; and one or more brackets including a coupling unit on the lower part which is fixed on the rail unit to slide on the rail and a ring unit on the upper side which is attached to or detached from the suspension ring or the horizontal member.
