The present invention relates to a raw material supply system for supplying a fixed amount of a raw material required for growing an ingot (single crystal silicon ingot) including: a supporter (22) installed over a driving device (21); a housing (23) installed over the supporter (22); a fixed amount supplying unit (24) installed in the housing (23); a hopper (26) installed at one side of an upper portion of the housing (23) and supplying a raw material (25) to the fixed amount supplying unit (24) ; a dopant supplying unit (28) installed at one side of the upper portion of the housing (23) and supplying, to a crucible (3), a predetermined amount of dopant (27) into the housing (23); a supply pipe (29) supplying the fixed amount of the raw material (25) discharged from the fixed amount supply unit (24) and the dopant (27) discharged from the dopant supply unit (28); a lifting means (30) installed on a side portion of the housing (23) and allowing the supply pipe (29) to move up and down; a transfer means (32) transferring an inclined shoot (31) to fall off the raw material (25) into the supply pipe (29) by protruding the inclined shoot (31) above the supply pipe (29) when the supply pipe (29) moves down; and a load cell (33) installed between the supporter (22) and the housing (23) to detect a weight of the supplied raw material (25) and input the detected weight into a control unit (19), thereby supplying a fixed amount of the raw material (25). |
