The present invention relates to an arc blocking apparatus of a pulse output module and, more particularly, to an arc blocking apparatus which includes an arc sensing circuit which is connected to an output terminal of the pulse output module and senses an arc in the output terminal by comparing a level signal with an output signal of the output terminal; a logic circuit which generates a delay signal using a reference signal and generates an arc blocking signal by comparing a delay signal with the output signal of the output terminal; and a control unit which controls the operations of the logic circuit and the arc sensing circuit, receives an arc generation sensing result from the arc sensing circuit, and controls the output terminal of the pulse output module by receiving the arc blocking signal from the logic circuit.
