The present invention relates to a manufacturing method for an upper mat having honeycomb structure holes and a lower mat having collecting grooves by attaching a magic tape to an outer edge corresponding to the outer circumference of a honeycomb structure upper board, which is formed by using normal ethylene vinyl acetate (EVA), and a foreign material collecting lower board. A manufacturing method for a vehicle mat having a honeycomb structure with upper and lower mats capable of being separated or combined comprises the following steps of: forming a double-sided honeycomb structure mat board having honeycomb structure type grooves on both surfaces (the upper surface and the lower surface) of a mat body; dividing the double-sided honeycomb structure mat board into divided honeycomb structure mats by cutting the plane center line of a mat board body in the double-sided honeycomb structure mat board; cutting the plane center line of each divided honeycomb structure mat and dividing the divided honeycomb structure mats into the honeycomb structure upper board and the foreign material collecting lower board; and forming the upper mat and the lower mat by cutting the divided honeycomb structure upper board and the foreign material collecting lower board into a predetermined shape and attaching the magic tape corresponding to the outer circumference of the cut honeycomb structure upper board and the cut foreign material collecting lower board. The manufacturing method of the present invention is used to form the double-sided honeycomb structure mat board, thereby reducing manufacturing (forming) costs for a plastic mold. Also, after the double-sided honeycomb structure mat board is formed, the mat board is firstly cut into a pair of divided honeycomb structure mats. And the firstly cut honeycomb structure mats are secondly cut into a board material for the upper mat and a board material for the lower mat. Two pairs of honeycomb structure vehicle mats can be manufactured, so manufacturing time can be reduced and efficiency can be greatly improved. In addition, manufacturing costs and other costs can be reduced. |
