A laser protection material of the present invention is used in a laser protection filter having the range of effective wavelength. The laser protection materials has a plastic matrix material (2) having perviousness within the range of the wavelength and absorbing materials (3) which are uniformly buried in the matrix material (2). The absorbing material (3) absorbs laser radiation (4) within the range of the effective wavelength and loses absorption force within the range of the effective wavelength by being heated at temperature greater than threshold temperature. The plastic of the matrix material (2) starts foaming if heated at the temperature greater than the threshold temperature. |
