A ground type liquid storage tank according to an embodiment of the present invention is characterized in that it comprises: an independent tank which forms an inner tank having a space for storing goods to be stored; a sandwich plate which has a pair of steel plates opposed to each other, a reinforcing material formed between the opposed steel plates and concrete formed between the steel plates and which surrounds the upper part and right and left sides of the independent tank to form an outer tank; and a perlite disposed between the independent tank and the sandwich plate. The ground type liquid storage tank and a method for manufacturing the same according to the present invention can reduce costs by reducing installation transport and required manpower because the sandwich plate is modulated to be constructed without needing to install and dismantle a mold and can be easily installed through reduction of a construction period. |
