The present invention relates to pink lemonade and a production method thereof, and specifically, to: pink lemonade which includes layers from the lower side to the upper side of a container using syrup liquid obtained by mixing lemonade powder containing cactus concentrate powder with edible dye and dissolving the mixture with warm water, and base liquid formed of ice, carbonated water, and lemon juice; and a production method thereof. The present invention maintains the taste and flavor of lemonade, and offers a pink color to the bottom of the lemonade having light yellow color using red color of cactus, thereby providing lemonade drink with beautiful outer appearance.
