The present invention relates to a method for increasing output of 3-Hydroxypropionic acid using a medium containing glucose and glycerol at a specific ratio when producing the 3-Hydroxypropionic acid through microorganism cultivation. More specifically, the present invention relates to a method for increasing output of the 3-Hydroxypropionic acid using a predetermined carbon source by adding glucose when cultivating microorganisms to obtain cell mass and controlling the ratio of the glycerol and glucose. By using the method, output and productivity of the 3-Hydroxypropionic acid can be increased. |
