Disclosed is a healing abutment used for an implant operation, more particularly, to a separating type healing abutment capable of performing an implant operation customized to oral environment of individual teeth and suitable to be used universally in various types of fixtures. The present invention provides the separating type healing abutment including: a coupling tap having a shape corresponding to a shape of a fixture inserted into an alveolar bone and coupled to the fixture by a coupling screw; a sleeve having a barrel shape and fitted to the coupling tap; and a body having a through-hole corresponding to an outer diameter of the sleeve.
