The present invention relates to a system automatically cleaning and disinfecting a farrowing pig pen through a pressure sensor when a pregnant pig moves toward the farrowing pig pen, wherein the user can monitor the status of the pregnant pig through a RFID sensor. According to the present invention, the farrowing pig pen is automatically cleaned and disinfected by operating a water injector and medicines injector through the pressure sensor when the pregnant pig moves toward the farrowing pig pen. When the pregnant pig arrives at the entry of the farrowing pig pen, the administrator can check the current status the pregnant pig through a RFID sensor.
