The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a cetylated fatty acid composition using beef tallow and cetyl alcohol. The method of the present invention for manufacturing the cetylated fatty acid composition induces a reaction without using a harmful catalyst and thus ensures safety in edibleness, prevents unsaturated fatty acid from oxidizing by avoiding harsh conditions and simultaneously achieves a reduction in energy consumption and an increase in economic efficiency by using a relative low temperature and low pressure. |
