The present invention relates to an anti-static coating composition having great properties such as the high transparency, the substrate adhesion properties, and the low inner side absorption properties, and being capable of forming an anti-static coating layer having the regular and great anti-static performance, and a packing material using the anti-static coating composition. The anti-static coating composition comprises: quaternary ammonium salt; binder resin comprising polyamide series resin and nitrocellulose-based resin; film-forming additives; a surface absorption inhibitor comprising polyethylene wax and silicon dioxide; and an organic solvent. |
