The present invention relates to a box oven cart for an indium tin oxide (ITO) film, having a fixating block mounted on a mesh plate and fixating the position of the ITO film by pressurizing one side end of an ITO film in a curl-deformed state using the fixating block. Thereby, since the deformation of the ITO film cannot be completely fastened, while being inserted to the box oven for a thermal process, unlike an adhesive tape, the deformation of the ITO film can be relatively and freely occurred. Therefore, curves including irregular deformations of the ITO after the thermal process can be prevented, and a box oven cart for an ITO film for performing stabilized thermal process can be provided. |
