Disclosed is a flag hoisting device comprising a base; a flagpole installed vertically on the upper surface of the base; a rope installed to fix a flag on one side end; a drive motor rotating in the forward or reverse direction depending on the application of current; a rotating plate fixed to the axis end of the drive motor; an elastic member making the flag flap; a circuit board electrically connected to an external power source; a wind speed sensor sensing external wind speed and generating an electrical signal; an illumination sensor sensing external illumination and generating an electrical signal; a solar cell converting sunlight into electrical energy; an LED turned on and off depending on the application of current; a control unit controlling the drive motor and the LED; and a storage battery applying drive current to the wind speed sensor, the illumination sensor, the drive motor, and the LED when the external power source is disconnected. |
