The present invention relates to an eccentric-type reduction apparatus for a non-point pollution source which is installed on both sides of a road of a pedestrian overpass in a horizontal direction. The eccentric-type reduction apparatus includes an inlet portion, of which the inner diameter of a front portion thereof becomes narrow toward the rear, to guide the inflow of contaminated water; a flow pipe communicated with the rear of the inlet portion through which the contaminated water flowing from the inlet portion passes; and a cylindrical filter portion horizontally installed in the flow pipe in a downward eccentric state and having a porous screen member, which is provided with a through-hole at the center to pass the contaminated water and is connected to front and rear ends of the filter portion, a filter member installed in the filter portion to filter the non-point pollution source and contaminated matters from the contaminated water, and a fixing member extending from the outer peripheral surface of the rear portion and brought into contact with the inner diameter of the flow pipe. |
