The present invention relates to an antireflective polarizing plate and an image display apparatus comprising the same and, more specifically, to a polarizing plate including a polarizer, a quarter-wave film (QWF) layer disposed on the lower part of the polarizer, and a +C plate layer, wherein the total refractive index ratio of the polarizer, the QWF layer, and the +C plate layer is 0.1 to 0.8. The present invention relates to the polarizing plate having excellent anti-reflection characteristics in the front direction of the screen and also in the oblique direction thereof, and the image display apparatus comprising the same.
