The present invention relates to a method for preparing an extract of Cudrania tricuspidata using deep sea water and an extract of Cudrania tricuspidata prepared by the method, and more specifically, to a method for preparing an extract of Cudrania tricuspidata using deep sea water and an extract of Cudrania tricuspidata prepared by the method, wherein the method comprises: a first step of mixing deep sea water and Cudrania tricuspidata to marinate the Cudrania tricuspidata with the deep sea water; a second step of putting a sweetener into the Cudrania tricuspidata marinated with the deep sea water and then fermenting and aging the Cudrania tricuspidata; and a third step of putting the fermented and aged Cudrania tricuspidata and the desalted deep sea water into an extractor and then extracting an extract of Cudrania tricuspidata from the extractor. As such, the deep sea water is used to prepare the extract of Cudrania tricuspidata, thereby further supplementing active ingredients of the Cudrania tricuspidata with functional ingredients of the deep sea water, so that provided can be an extract of Cudrania tricuspidata having more enhanced functionality. |
