A modem unit receives a signal broadcasted by a base station apparatus. A storage unit extracts information included in the received signal and stores the extracted information. A detection unit detects a fact that the signal broadcasted by the base station apparatus is not received. A generation unit measures a period of time starting when the storage unit has stored the information. When the detection unit detects the fact and when the measured period of time is shorter than a threshold, the generation unit broadcasts a signal including the information stored in the storage unit.

1. A terminal apparatus for performing inter-terminal communication, comprising:
a receptor configured to receive a packet signal broadcasted by a base station apparatus and having a format in which a header and a payload are arranged; a storage configured to extract information included in the payload of the packet signal received in the receptor and to store the extracted information; a detector configured to detect a fact that the receptor does not receive the packet signal broadcasted by the base station apparatus; and a broadcaster configured to broadcast a packet signal including the information stored in the storage in response to the detector detecting the fact that the receptor does not receive the packet signal broadcasted by the base station apparatus.
