The present invention relates to a non-aqueous electrolyte solution for a lithium secondary battery containing a silyl sulfone-based additive and a lithium secondary battery comprising the same and, in particular, to a non-aqueous electrolyte solution for a lithium secondary battery comprising ionizable lithium salt; an organic solvent; and a silyl sulfone compound having a specific structure. The non-aqueous electrolyte solution for a lithium secondary battery according to the present invention can provide a lithium secondary battery capable of maintaining excellent low-temperature output, having excellent room-temperature properties at the same time, and maintaining excellent high-temperature cycle performance particularly.
