A heat exchanger is provided to limit the development of a boundary layer in airflow passing through a louver by optimizing relation of louver angle, louver pitch and fin pitch. A heat exchanger comprises a plurality of louvers(31) being equipped in a fin parallel to a width direction of the fin and sloped to a height direction and passing air through the fin. A line extended along the louver of an adjacent another layer fin is arranged to be crossed with the louvers of a first layer fin in order to branch airflow passing through the louvers(31b,31c) of the first layer fin with the louver(31a) of the adjacent another layer fin(30a). |
